Q- What airports do you take passengers to and from? A- Any UK airport or cruise dock.

Q- What are your charges? A- Our rates vary depending on the destination, however we ensure that our rates are pitched to compete and beat our main competitors to provide the best value for our customers.

Q- What cars do you use? A- We use the Skoda Superb estate which has the biggest in class interior and boot space.

Q - How can I pay? A- You can pay by card or bank transfer, either in advance or at the time of the journey. If you can only pay by cash then we can accept it, however our preference is non cash if possible.

Q- What areas of Hampshire can you pick up and drop from? A- The answer is any however where some locations are a considerable distance from our operating base, there may be a need to add a small supplementary charge to cover additional fuel charges.

Q- Does your charges include airport drop off and short stay parking charges? A- Yes they do.

Q- What licence do you have to operate? A- We are licenced with Eastleigh Borough Council as a private hire operator.

Q- Why not just use an UBER or a local taxi company, it's the same right? A- Yes you can of course and they may well get you there with no problems, however you may get a driver who rarely conducts airport drop offs and collections which these days of tight regulation are far from straightforward. Also with Uber you can easily be let down when the driver decides at the last minute he/she doesn't fancy the job and cancels it leaving you high and dry. By booking an airport transfer service such as H.A.L, you can be confident you will get there in good time, with a driver who knows the system and alternative routes if things go wrong on the roads. We say don't leave it to chance. Our prices are most likely to be less than these alternatives as well.
